Sahar Roques

CHEF. MOM.WIFE. ENTREPRENEUR.

Sahar became a spice-snob, but thinks that everyone should be able to experience delicious and healthy Persian food, so it’s really more of an egalitarian snobbery.

Iran native Sahar Roques is passionate about Persian culture and food. Helping her mom make the spice mixture and cooking vibrant Persian meals, she learned from the best. Lack of healthy, fresh, Persian cuisine in American Market inspired Sahar to start Spice of Life- introducing the beautiful flavors of Iran to the western market.
