Herbed Sausage Stuffing

As you all might know, I Love herbs, so I use them often in my recipes. This recipe is my version of Thanksgiving/Christmas dinner stuffing.

Ingredients

  • Medium onion, 1 halved

  • Flat parsley, 0.5 oz

  • Bread crumbs, 2 oz

  • Bratwurst sausage meat (crumbled), 1 lb

Method

  1. Warm up the oven to 400F.

  2. Process and mix the onion, herbs, and breadcrumbs in a food processor.

  3. Mixed the herb mix throughly with the crumbled sausage.

  4. Make 20 oz balls.

  5. Arrange the sausage balls in a baking sheet about an inch apart.

  6. Place the baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven, and cook for 10 minutes/until they are crunchy and the cooked temperature is 145F.
