Miso Glazed Salmon
Ingredients (Serves 4)
Miso paste, 2tbsp
Rice vinegar, 2tbsp
Soy sauce, 3tsp
Ground ginger, 1/4tsp
Maple syrup, 2tbsp
Salmon filet, 4 6oz fillet
Green onions/chives, chopped for garnish
Method:
Mix all the marinade ingredients in the small bowl.
Line the salmon fillets on the pyrex, skin side down.
Apply the marinade mixture over each fillet, cover the container and let them marinade at least for 30 minutes or overnight.
When you are ready to cook, warm up the oven to 400℉.
Transfer the salmon fillets to the baking dish, skin side down.
Place the baking dish on the center of the oven, and roast the fish for around 12 minutes or until the internal temperature read is 145℉.
Garnish with green onions/chives.
Serve immediately.
