Traditional Fresh Herbs & Bean Stew (Ghormeh Sabzi)
Ingredients (Serves 2)
● Chicken/lamb stew cutlets, 8 oz
● Olive oil, 1 tsp
● Spice of Life Fresh Herbs & Bean sauce, 6 oz
Method
Warm up olive oil in a medium size pot.
Add the stew meat, brown both sides in about 5 minutes.
Stir in the Sauce, lower the heat, and let it simmer for another 20 minutes or until the chicken/lamb is fully cooked.
